We had so much fun on Callie-mommy day yesterday! We started off with a Saturday field trip with ms Bonnie's class to the Lewis Music Academy - Callie got to play drums and bells and had a grand ol time dancing to "a big round whole note". We had passed out play dough valentines asking friends "doh you want to be my valentine?" And headed to the park afterwards with lunch. Best surprise ever??? A blue whale riding toy at the play ground! Callie was over the moon! After a cupcake to celebrate max's birthday - Callie, Marcus, Katelyn, Brandon and cole hunted for dandelions. We headed over to the Camarillo library afterwards - where the Ventura chinese American association puts out a CNY celebration complete with lion dancers! Callie, Trevor, juniper and Edwin had lots of fun pretending to be airplanes - and really enjoyed the lion dancing! Callie fed the blue lion some lucky dollar bills and that concluded an extra special day for mommy and Callie.
