In addition to the yummy cake, bbq get together, and hand painted mug - i got an extra treat in seeing callie learn and grow. She made me a special birthday card and whay was so neat was seeing her spell out the words phonetically all on her own. It was a first and i couldn't be prouder.
Kelsey is surprising us with her determination and resilience. She is pulling herself to standing and is not afraid to let go. Joan says shes seen her take two steps already! I've seen her let go and stand independently for a full second. Definitely making mommy nervous with how mobile she is (she already rolled of the bed earlier this week! ), but i can already tell she is the type that doesn't give up! <
