Callie has been learning lots of new words lately. She has lots of first words books and when we ask, she points to the picture of the word we say. She's starting to really pick up signing as well - so far, she knows more, all done, eat, milk, ball, fish, book, bath, cereal, cat, and she started signing banana today. Word wise she does say ball and dada.. It's amazing how their little brains work! I can't wait til she can talk so I can know what she's thinking!
Callie knows many of her body parts too - As you can see Callie has found mommy's eyes and mommy's nose. She really likes to put her pointer finger to use! (Don't mind the crazy hair - apparently once your hair falls out in tufts post partum - you're left with with this weird growing out phase that even a messy pony can't fix! Doh!)
