2 year check up

Callie is growing by leaps and bounds as of late. At her 2 year check up today she weighed 29 lbs! And for height - doubling it would be 5'10" full grown! I think something is amiss there, but it's true c is getting so big! As she says it - "I eat healthy foods!" Maybe that's why!

Lately c has been having fun with moo moo. She asks me to hold moo moo the stuffed cow and to make him talk. She loves to play pretend with him. Works well for me, bc I can ask him to help comb c's hair, put on pj's etc and c will happily comply. 

C has really been having fun with her science kit. She loves "science" and mixing colors. She's already learned her primary colors and knows what blue/red and blue/yellow makes. It really is fascinating to watch them absorb so much!

Another thing c's been saying a lot is "that's me!" Read brown bear and the section where you say "children children what so you see?" C will put her hands to her chest and say - that's me! Go through the months of the year (c has memorized which months out birthdays are) and when you say December, c will say - that's me! And so forth and so forth.. Lol 

We started Tuesday classes at the little gym, and they are not easy! A bunch of toddlers right before nap time that may or may not have napped.... Scary!!!

C loves her bubbles. We do bubbles at bathtumd and c will ask to blow them herself. It's too cute!

We celebrated mlk holiday with a trip to the park. It's all about parks and the outdoors for us! No more trips to other continents! Not until c is.... Much much older. Doh!
